the process
The process is simple.
- You will be given a unique number when you prepare your order.
- Select what you require from the various sections. Each section will allow you to expand on your order.
- Make payment via credit card / debit card / PayPal.
- Your unique number will be on your invoice and will be your reference number.
- Upload the required documents.
- Submit
- You will get a receipt for your order
- A consultant will get in touch with you to expand on information, if required via email or phone.
- You may be sent a short questionnaire to complete for clarification, prior to your telephone / email interview, especially if a criteria is involved, or achievements need to be extracted.
- All completed work will be emailed to you within 5 days of the order.
- Any urgent requests will attract additional costs based on the timeline and length of the job.
Please note* revisions must be requested within 7 days of the first draft without incurring an additional fee. After which it will be assumed that the project has been completed to your satisfaction. It is expected that all information will be supplied to us to complete the work. Any new information, after the work is partially or fully completed will attract an additional charge and will be treated as a new request.
